The workshops will be centred around the Be Still Gentle Kind framework, founded and created by Kat Healy. This unique approach enables participants to harness creativity to release negative thoughts and inspire positive emotions.
The workshops provide a welcoming space for a diverse audience and promote a mindful approach to exploring creativity, painting, and drawing without judgement.
There is no obligation to meet an end goal; instead, a sense of fulfilment comes from the process of creating.
The sessions are designed to be accessible to all, with no prior artistic or creative skills or experience required.

Enjoy a moment of mindful creativity.
